Garrett Cooper Garrett Cooper serves as the treasurer and director of Cell Therapy Foundation. He is the managing director of Master Works Foundation, Inc. Garrett is a former member of the business faculty at Taylor University where he served as the director of Taylor University Institute for Organizational Effectiveness. He is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and has a masters degree in business asministration from Arizona State University. |
