Howard Leonhardt

Howard Keonhardt serves as an advisory board member for Cell Therapy Foundation. Howard is the co-founder of Bioheart and has served as their chairman of the board since August 1999. He is currently serving as Bioheart's executive chairman and chief technology officer. Prior to Biaheart, Howard founded World Medical Manufacturing Corporation which was acquired by Arterial Vascular Engineering, Inc., (AVE). AVE was later acquired by Medtronic, Inc.

Howard is the co-inventor of TALENT (Taheri-Leonhardt) stent graft system, the primary product of World Medical Manufacturing Corporation.

Howard Received a diploma in International Trade from the Anoka-Hennepin Technical College. He attended the University of Minnesota and Anoka-Ramsey Community College and holds an honorary doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Northern California.
